Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must include all accessories/manuals (if any)

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the issue and packaging
    We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect), we will support return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order (only if the order has not been shipped).
