You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/video of the issue and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).
Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect), we will support return shipping.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order (only if the order has not been shipped).
